In the last 17 years, we have seen growing adoption and interest in the subject. It's encouraging to see that "IT Architecture" is getting recognized as a critical element for enterprise survival as well as success. In the last 7 years alone, we have assessed over 2000 plus projects (& initiatives) and the progress on ground is not very encouraging. The idea of IT "Architecture" is often confused with IT "Implementation". The challenges related to growing...

The EADM v2.0 (Enterprise Architecture for Decision Makers) workshop is specially designed for decision makers. The idea is inspired by medical practice, wherein a medical doctor, who understands the human anatomy, uses the symptoms (narrated by a patient) to understand the problem and narrow it down to specific organ/organs, then applies x-ray techniques to get the necessary insight and uses the x-ray for diagnosis before arriving at possible solution options. It’s interesting to note that Enterprise Architecture have made their way up to the boardroom just as a board level talk of outsourcing did in the 1990s. When re-skilling has become only way of effective survival, participating in Exclusive workshops like Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect will prove useful. But justifying your attendance and convincing your management about the workshop is seldom an easy task! However to make your job easy, we have collated information that can help management appreciate the tangible benefits. This will help you to communicate the value, cost analysis, event plan to your manager. Modify the information as required. Apart...
