Our architecture design started with enabling digital transactions to provide elevated customer experience, since we were facing the problem of blockbuster sales, which drove us towards a high performance flash sale architecture. Once stabilized, our business realized technology could be a differentiator and impact customers positively, hence we made “tech at core” our fundamental premises for strategy.
