An automated digital solution for an Enterprise Tele-Communications operator to have a complete view of all network faults and to keep track of the overall performance of the network. The solution spans from locating the source of the fault, to the alert mechanism on web dash boards augmented with mobile interfaces and location maps, to automated ticket logging and to assigning the right teams to start troubleshooting in matter of minutes.
