I found the 'What, Why and How to do Business Architecture?' Webinar a nice clear introduction into the value of Business Architecture and how using EA Tools and Modelling brings agility to the process. It was nice to hear about the experience of trying to this for the first time and refining the process until turnaround time is optimized. There were also interesting insights into how long it takes to really understand an Enterprise and how the C-Level stakeholders need to be empowered to use EA Tools.
